Refund Policy

At FitBodies by Kado, we are committed to providing high-quality mobile personal training and wellness services. Please review our refund policy carefully before purchasing services or packages.

Personal Training Sessions

All personal training sessions and packages are non-refundable once purchased.

However, sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice, based on availability.

Missed or Late Cancellations

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session may result in the session being forfeited

  • No-shows are non-refundable and may count as a completed session

Programs and Packages

Transformation programs, bootcamps, wellness classes, and customized fitness packages are non-refundable due to the time, planning, and preparation involved.

Digital Products

Any digital materials, meal plans, workout programs, PDFs, or downloadable content are non-refundable once delivered.

Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests due to medical emergencies or exceptional situations may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of FitBodies by Kado.
